Cleaning & Care

Do not dry the product by exposing it to heat sources. When the fur is wet, shake it gently and place it on a hanger, away from heat sources, so that it dries slowly.
Avoid dampening or excessively wetting the product, as water penetrates through the fur to the skin. During drying, the skin will deform, shrink, and become stiffer.
The direct or indirect application of makeup, oils, alcohol, perfume, or chemicals to the product is prohibited.
Keep the product away from objects that may cause scratches, burns, or punctures. Avoid any conditions involving extreme movement or any physical action that could damage the product.
We recommend avoiding wearing the product while driving. Using shoulder straps or a seat belt may cause wear.
Unfasten the coat when sitting down to prevent wear and breakage of the snaps/buttons.
Keep the product in a dry, cool place, away from heat sources and protected from sunlight.
For storage, use wide hangers with rounded edges. Cover the product with bags or sacks made of natural fibers, not plastic sheeting, so that the product can breathe.
Air the product periodically in open spaces, but without direct exposure to sunlight.
Natural fur products require specialized cleaning, carried out ONLY at specialized facilities.

Product Warranty

The product comes with a 1 an warranty.

Product quality, safety, and trust are among Mareus's priorities. Therefore, all our products come with a warranty.

The warranty will be honored within a maximum of 30 days from the date the issue is reported through: product repair, product replacement if it cannot be repaired, or refund of the product's value if neither repair nor replacement is possible.

The warranty is valid only if the care, use, and storage instructions are followed. Normal wear of the product resulting from use does not constitute a defect covered by the warranty.

DELIVERY

For products in stock, the delivery time is 1-3 business days, except during very busy periods (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday). For made-to-order products, the delivery time may vary between 7 and 14 business days, depending on the availability of materials and the time of year.
